The maximum withstand voltage of epoxy pipes can reach 20KV. Epoxy pipes are divided into Class A and Class B, with Class A being epoxy fiberglass pipes, which have extremely high voltage resistance, with a voltage resistance of about 20KV per millimeter and a high temperature resistance range of 155-200 degrees

 

Grade B is 3240 epoxy pipe, with a voltage resistance of about 10KV per millimeter and a high temperature resistance range of 133-155 degrees;

Epoxy pipe is a circular cross-section rod made by impregnating electrical alkali free glass fiber cloth with epoxy resin, baking, and hot pressing in a molding mold. This material has high mechanical properties, dielectric properties, and good machinability, and is suitable for use as insulation structural components in electrical equipment. It can also be used in humid environmental conditions and transformer oil.

 

Epoxy tubing has a wide range of applications, commonly used in the manufacture of composite hollow sleeves for high-voltage, ultra-high voltage SF6 high-voltage electrical appliances, current transformers, etc. It is suitable for various specifications of electrical equipment with voltage levels ranging from 40.5KV to 550KV
